Laura Johansen, MS, RD, LMNT has been a registered dietitian since 2013. She has a bachelor's degree in dietetics from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln and a master's degree in dietetics and nutrition from the University of Kansas Medical Center. Laura worked at Hy-Vee as a cashier throughout high school and college, and returned to the Hy-Vee team after earning the title, registered dietitian. She enjoys educating customers on topics such as weight management, diabetes, IBS, and food allergies and intolerances. She has received extensive training in the Low FODMAP diet and is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. She is ready to help you live a healthier life today!
